Watch Events Booking Form

This form is for the use of Cheshire Wildlife Trust Members to book places on Watch Events. If you are not a member of Cheshire Wildlife Trust and would like to attend an event Please Click Here.
Submitting this form does not guarantee you places on the event, as places are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Any queries, contact Jan 07971069992 or Gill 07910387017.
Instructions on how to use the form. Fields marked with a * are mandatory. If you wish to book places on an event enter; Select a number from Total Number of Places, and enter Children's names and ages. If you wish to make an enquiry, e.g. 'are waterproofs required?', use the enquiry box. The Submit button will send the completed form to Cheshire Wildlife Trust. The Reset button clears all fields. Your application will be followed up by a confirmation e-mail.
